There are duvets on all beds, but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. There are heaters throughout and the house is always very warm for out of season holidays.

Deposit is £100 this will be returned after your holiday. The cost of holiday is to be paid one month before arrival.
Weekly rents include the cleaning. Weekend rates do not include the cleaning. Electricity is included.

Owner’s Cancellation Policy
50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date or cancelled by government restrictions.

Sarnia Cottage is in the pretty village of Marazion about 2 miles from Penzance. The village has a general store, Post Office, and bakery along with a number of art galleries.
The historic St. Michaels Mount can be reached at low tide by the causeway or a relaxing ferry ride at high tide. The Castle is a National Trust property.
Marazion is a wonderful place for children with a safe, sandy beach and a small river in which dinghies can be used. It also has a great adventure playground. Sarnia is just 2 minutes walk from the beach, sailing club and playground. Further along the beach are facilities for learning to windsurf and kitesurf. There are surf schools at nearby Sennon.
Marazion is on the South West Coastal Path which has fantastic walks. Close by is the Lizard Peninsula with its’ dramatic coastline. Traveling west you can visit Chysauster, Minack Theatre, Lands End, Sennen, and Mousehole. St. Ives is less than 10 miles away. Penzance also has a lot to offer.
